Annual General Meeting
The GymBC Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a yearly event that brings together members of the gymnastics community to make important decisions, review the GymBC Annual and Financial Reports, and elect new members to the Board of Directors.
Official notices for the AGM are typically sent to GymBC members in early summer, with the meeting itself usually held in October or November. Below, you'll find a list of documents distributed at past AGMs.
