programs overview recreational gymnastics (GFA) Recreational gymnastics, or PLAY, includes all non-competitive programs offered by clubs, public recreation facilities, and schools. women's artistic gymnastics Women's artistic gymnastics consists of the vault, the uneven bars, the beam, and the floor. men's artistic gymnastics Men’s artistic gymnastics consists of routines on 6 apparatus’ including floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars and horizontal (high) bar. trampoline gymnastics Trampoline gymnastics consists of individual trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini trampoline (DMT) and tumbling. rhythmic gymnastics Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) combines sport, art, expressive dance and skillful manipulations of the ball, hoop, rope, ribbon or clubs. RG can be performed individually or in groups of up to five athletes. acrobatic gymnastics Acrobatic gymnastics combines artistic gymnastics with the grace and musicality from dance. All acrobatic gymnasts compete in pairs or groups.
