Update On Events This Weekend

MARCH 13, 2020

Abbotsford, Twisters Invitational | Cancelled

As per the guidelines laid out by the B.C. government today, and with communication with GBC, we unfortunately have been instructed to cancel the Twisters Invitational Meet.

We understand that there will be a lot of concerns and questions in regards to refunds etc. We will be addressing all of your questions but we will need some time to sort everything out on our end in the face of this situation.  We will have a notice to clubs next week outlining this.

Please ensure this is passed along to your parents/coaches or anyone else this may affect. We thank you all for your understanding while we work through this.

Please email info@twistersgymbc.com with questions.

Kamloops, KGTC Invitational | Cancelled

As per the guidelines presented by the BC Government and our governing body Gymnastics BC, KGTC is unable to host our Invitational March 13-15 due to the 250 attendee restriction at events.  We understand that there will be many concerns and questions in regards to refunds, etc.  We will be addressing all of your questions, but will need to take the time to approach this unprecedented situation.  KGTC will provide notice next week outlining further steps/details.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience as we navigate this.

Please email info@kgtc.ca for more info.

Delta, Spring Fever | Cancelled

Our organizing committee was very optimistic that we would be able to run this weekend’s competition and allow the gymnasts a chance to perform their routines.  However, due to the recent and ongoing developments about COVID-19 we will be following the Governments mandate and cancelling Spring Fever this year.   Our biggest priority is the health and safety of all and we do not want this to be compromised.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  All registered participants will be receiving refunds within the next few weeks.

Thank you for your understanding and please know that it has been a very difficult decision to make.

Questions should be directed to JWatts@deltagymnastics.com.
