We understand that some clubs have pre-planned competitions taking place after the Artistic & Trampoline GymBC Championships first registration deadline (March 9, 2025). As a result, some CCP 6 & 7 athletes may not have had the opportunity to achieve the minimum qualifying score of 32.00 AA before registering.

To accommodate these athletes, GymBC will accept qualifying scores from GymBC Sanctioned Events held up until Sunday, March 16, 2025. If the athlete has not yet achieved a qualifying score, GymBC is requiring that clubs register all athletes for GymBC Championships by the original registration deadline of March 9, 2025.  This adjustment ensures that we can provide an accurate competition schedule with appropriate age groupings while still allowing athletes every opportunity to qualify.

When registering these athletes in Kscore, please enter 'TBC' in the qualifying score field to indicate that the score is yet to be confirmed.

Important Deadlines:

• March 9, 2025 (11:59 p.m. PT): All athletes, including those who have not yet qualified must be registered for GymBC Championships.
• March 17, 2025 (11:59 p.m. PT): Clubs must submit qualifying scores from GymBC Sanctioned Events for any registered CCP 6 & 7 athletes who competed and qualified after the registration deadline. Qualifying scores must be sent to events@gymbc.org and must include the athlete's full name and date of birth. 
• Failure to submit qualifying scores by March 17 will result in an automatic removal of the athlete from the competition.

If an athlete does not achieve the qualifying score, a full refund will be issued with no penalty.
