2024 Gymnastics BC Compulsory Championships and GymBC Xcel Challenge

Vancouver, BC (April 3, 2024) — Gymnastics BC (GymBC) in collaboration with Flicka Gymnastics Club, is delighted to be hosting the highly anticipated 2024 Gymnastics BC Compulsory Championships and GymBC Xcel Challenge. These events will take place from Thursday, April 11, to Sunday April 14, at the Queens Park Arena in New Westminster, BC.
These provincial events are not just a showcase of extraordinary athleticism, but also a celebration of the fundamental values that define our sport. Through spirited competitions, sportsmanship, camaraderie, and the pursuit of excellence, 450+ athletes and their coaches, along with judges from across British Columbia will come together for the Compulsory championship and 800+ participants are expected for the inaugural Xcel Challenge.
“We are thrilled to witness over 800 participants for the inaugural GymBC Xcel Challenge Event alongside Flicka Gymnastics Club,” stated Momona Komagata, Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Program Coordinator, GymBC. “This event signifies a remarkable platform for Xcel level gymnasts to thrive and compete, and we are eager to witness the passion and dedication they bring.”

Join us as we come together to celebrate gymnastics in BC at the 2024 Compulsory Championships & Xcel Challenge events, hosted by Flicka Gymnastics Club and Gymnastics BC!
All are welcome to attend in person to see the athletes display their skills, dedication, and passion for artistic gymnastics. Admission tickets can be purchased at the door by card or cash. Prices vary from $25 day passes to $50 for a 4-day pass. Family passes are also available.
