Skill Requirements:
-Certified NCCP C2 or willing to obtain
-Minimum 5 years of competitive gymnastics coaching experience
-Strong knowledge of the JO system
-Organized and Dependable

-Excellent communication skills
Job Summary:
In this position you will be assigned coaching hours for the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics program under the direction of the WAG Director. You will develop training plans focusing on each athlete’s individual needs as well as liaise with members in a professional manner. Reporting to the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Program Director you will create a positive and focused training environment that encourages athletes to reach their highest potential. In addition to coaching duties you will also have basic administrative, communication and community event participation roles.
