Requirements:
- High School graduate,
- fluent in all office programs
- experience with registration software is an asset
- excellent communication skills/fluent English
- ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
- Minimum 2 years customer service
Responsibilities will include:
- Billing
- registration
- customer assistance
- payment tracking and accounts
- monthly reporting
- regular meetings with employers
- communication with staff and members
Compensation to commensurate with experience and previous training
Medical/dental benefits after 3 months for employees working consistently 20+ hours
