North Valley Gymnastics has been an active non-profit club providing quality gymnastics programming in both Recreational and Competitive levels to the North Okanagan for 30 years.
The club is lead by a 4–7 member Board of Directors and overseen day to day by a small management team and exceptional coaching staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive person who can build strong relationships with people within our gym and the wider community and help lead and grow our Club in its new facility.
The primary responsibility of this person is daily management of the club and to support the NVGS Team. They would work directly with the Head Coach in running the club. Our team is:
The Board of Directors, a Head Coach, a Club Manager, our coaching staff, the gymnasts, and our members.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, plus the ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong computer skills, written and verbal communication are essential.
Evening work is required and occasionally weekends.
A criminal record check must be completed before employment begins.
This will be 30-40 hours per week, wage based on experience and can be re-evaluated after 3-month probationary period.
